Auction Contributions

Thank you for contributing a prize to this fundraising event.
Your contribution will help our local animal rescue, Forgotten Paws.

There will be two types of auctions at the event: a silent auction and a chip auction.

Silent Auction Prizes should be valued at $150+ and should be a tangible item/gift.
If you want to donate services, please put your certificate with something tangible. For example, put your certificate in a gift basket with wine, chocolates and other goodies.
For the silent auction, each prize will be displayed with a bidding sheet with starting bid and bid increment. The sheet will also list the name of your prize, a prize description, the prize value and your contact info as the prize donor. Your prize and contact info will also be in the event program.*

Chip Auction Prizes should be valued at a minimum of $25 and should be a product/tangible item/gift.
The chip auction will be held at the end of game play at 9 PM. It is a LIVE auction in which guests will bid with the chips they’ve accumulated throughout the evening.
Your prize will be displayed on our chip auction table and will be listed in the event program.*

*In order to be listed in the program, your prize contribution form MUST be submitted by September 26th.
We can accept prize contributions AFTER 9/26, however, they will not be listed in the program.


  • We can NOT print or create your flyer, gift certificate or other prize giveaway nor are we able to “gift wrap” or package your prize for you.
  • To contribute to the auction, you must physically bring your contribution to the event ready to be placed as is on the auction tables.
  • You can bring your prize to the event as early as 4:30 PM.
  • You do not have to be attending the event to contribute a prize.
  • Prizes must be delivered to the event no later than 5:45 PM.
  • If you are unable to drop off your prize at the event between 4:30 and 5:45 PM, you will need to make arrangements to drop it off at the offices of Jordan & Jordan Marketing in Oceanside.

About the Event

Stay “In the Know”!





This event will benefit Forgotten Paws Animal Rescue based in San Marcos, CA.

Your participation in and support of this event will help keep animals from being euthanized or sold to be rendered as processed dog food as well as help to cover expenses for foster care until the fur babies are adopted and placed into their “fur-ever” homes.
